Approved — the Wollert Precinct Structure Plan was gazetted on 23 February 2017 (Amendment C187, Whittlesea) and amended by C210 (12 October 2017), C247wsea (28 July 2022) and VC249 (15 January 2024). It covers about 1,434 hectares of the Epping North and Wollert growth corridor.
